The Lotus Maiden
In the heart of the forest, glowing lotus flowers floated upon a silent pond. At its center sat a maiden in flowing robes, her glass-like wings shimmering softly in the dark. She was the Lotus Maiden, guardian of dreams.
Long ago, she had been human, but the forest blessed her with eternal life for her kindness. Since then, every lotus she touched bloomed with light, carrying whispers of forgotten wishes.
One night, a weary traveler collapsed at the pond’s edge. The maiden rose, stepping across the water without a ripple, and laid her hand upon their brow. Light bloomed, and their breath steadied.
When dawn came, she vanished into mist, leaving behind a single shining lotus — a memory of destiny.
 
蓮の乙女
森の奥深く、静かな池に光る蓮が浮かんでいた。その中央に座すのは、翡翠の翅を持つ乙女――夢を守る「蓮の乙女」であった。
かつて人であった彼女は、その優しさにより森から永遠の命を授かった。彼女の指先に触れた蓮は光を宿し、忘れられた願いを囁いた。
ある夜、疲れ果てた旅人が池のほとりに倒れた。乙女は水面を歩み寄り、その額に手をかざした。柔らかな光が生まれ、旅人の息は安らいだ。
やがて夜明けが訪れると、乙女の姿は消え、一輪の光る蓮だけが残された――運命の証として。
